Debuting online in Winter 2004, The Book of Fabulous Beasts will be an illustrated anthology of short stories, each relating to a member of the classical menagerie of mythical animals. The deadline for all story outlines is 30 Nov 2003. Interested writers should include a suggested word count and samples of their previous work. An excerpt of the proposed story, while not compulsory, is recommended. Proposals should be sent to jasmin@fabulary.com and late submissions will not be considered. Artists wishing to contribute to The Book of Fabulous Beasts should also contact the editor at jasmin@fabulary.com with examples of their artwork.
